RULES OF EXAMINATION

  • Attendance is compulsory for all tests and examinations held during the year.
  • If a student fails to appear for a particular examination, he/she will be given zero.
  • There will be no test conducted on a later date if a student doesn't sit or misses the same.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance is required for a student to qualify to sit for any test/ examination conducted in school.
  • Students who are late for any examinations will not be given any extra time to answer the question paper.
  • Answer sheets will be distributed to the students after evaluation.
  • In case any inadvertent error in totaling, unmarked answer etc. It is to be brought to the notice of the concerned teacher on the same day. Thereafter no answer sheet will be reviewed.
  • No student will be promoted conditionally. Those who score less than the minimum pass marks, as per the promotion criteria, will be detained.
  • No student should use unfair means in any form.
  • Even helping any other student to cheat / use unfair means, will result in strict action taken against the child.
  • No student should use unfair means during any exam. If a student is so caught, he will be awarded zero in that subject / paper.
  • A TC will be given to a student who is caught using unfair means the second time.
  • All students are expected to maintain strict discipline when in the examination room/hall.
  • Any student who is not intending to sit for an exam, must give a reason in writing for their absence.
  • Students who do not adhere to the above rules will be suspended and finally rusticated, if found guilty of any breach of conduct.
  • Attendance for a week before the exam is compulsory unless medically unfit.
  • All students are expected to read the question paper thoroughly, if any indescripancy is found it must be immediately to notice before the examination incharge, otherwise at later stage it will not be considered.
